Pressure Washing by NASTIC
Islandwide across Jamaica • Written quotes • Workmanship guaranteed
Nothing changes the look of a property faster or cheaper than a proper wash. That green film on the boundary wall, the black streaks down the render, the oil patch on the driveway — most of it comes off in an afternoon.
NASTIC pressure washes walls, driveways, pavements, patios, walkways, steps, fences and roofs for homes and commercial properties right across Jamaica.

The Right Pressure For The Surface
Pressure washing done badly does real damage — it strips render off block work, etches lines into soft concrete, forces water behind fascia boards and blasts the sand out of paving joints.
We match the pressure, nozzle and technique to the surface. Hard concrete driveways take a surface cleaner at full pressure. Painted render, roof sheeting and older block get a soft-wash approach where a treatment does the work and the water only rinses it away.
Mould and Algae Come Back — Unless You Treat Them
In this climate, the green on your wall is living organic growth, and blasting it off only removes what you can see. The root structure stays in the surface and regrows within months.
Where growth is heavy we apply a biocidal treatment, let it dwell, then rinse. It takes longer on the day and it is why our washes stay clean substantially longer than a straight blast.
Washing Before Painting
If you are planning to repaint, a pressure wash is not optional — it is the first step. Paint will not bond to a chalky, dusty or mould-covered surface. Book the wash and the painting together and we schedule them back to back with the right drying time in between.
Common Questions
How much does pressure washing cost?
It is priced by area and by how heavy the soiling is. A standard driveway is a straightforward flat rate; walls and full-property washes are quoted after we see the size and condition. Send us a photo and we can usually give an indicative price the same day.
Will it damage my paint or render?
Not the way we do it. We assess the surface first and drop to a soft-wash method wherever the substrate is delicate. Damage happens when someone points a full-pressure turbo nozzle at painted render — we do not.
Do you need to use my water?
Normally yes, we connect to an outside tap on site. If the property has no water supply or is on a lock-off, tell us when booking and we will arrange to bring water.
Can you remove oil stains from a driveway?
Usually a great deal of it, yes. Fresh oil comes up well with a degreaser and hot treatment. Old stains that have soaked deep into porous concrete will lighten significantly but may not vanish completely — we will be honest about what to expect before we start.
