Plumbing by NASTIC
Islandwide across Jamaica • Written quotes • Workmanship guaranteed
A dripping tap is annoying. A hidden leak behind a wall is expensive. NASTIC handles both with the same care — we find the actual cause instead of patching the symptom, then fix it with fittings that will still be holding in five years' time.
We work on residential homes, apartments, guest houses, shops and offices right across Jamaica, and we carry the common parts on the truck so most everyday jobs are finished in a single visit.

Repairs, Not Guesswork
Plumbing faults are rarely where they look like they are. Before anything gets opened up we trace the line, check pressure and isolate the section that is actually failing — so you are not paying for a wall to be broken twice.
Where a repair genuinely is not worth it, we say so and price the replacement instead. You get both options in writing and you decide.
Tanks, Pumps and Water Supply
Water lock-offs are a fact of life in Jamaica, and a properly sized tank and pump setup is the difference between an inconvenience and a stopped household. We install black tanks and poly tanks, plumb them into the mains with the correct float and non-return valves, and set up pressure pumps so the flow at the shower actually feels like flow.
We also service existing systems — pumps that short-cycle, tanks that will not fill, and float valves that have given up.
Bathrooms and Kitchens
Renovating, or fitting out a new build? We handle the full rough-in and finish: supply lines, waste runs, venting, and the final fitting of toilets, vanities, showers and sinks. If you are working with a tiler or contractor, we coordinate with them so nothing is set in place before the pipework is tested.
Common Questions
Do you do emergency plumbing callouts?
Yes. For active leaks and burst pipes, call (876) 477-0369 directly rather than using the form — a phone call gets a much faster response. Emergency and after-hours callouts carry an additional fee, which we tell you before dispatching.
Will you supply the parts and fittings?
We can supply everything, or fit materials you have already bought. If we supply, the parts are itemised on your quote so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How much does a plumbing job cost?
It depends entirely on the fault. We give you a written quote before starting — small repairs are usually priced as a flat job rate, while installations and fit-outs are quoted per scope after an assessment.
Do you work outside Kingston?
Yes, islandwide across all 14 parishes. Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine get the fastest turnaround; other parishes may need a day or two of notice and a travel allowance.
